QuantX provides educational trading content, custom TradingView indicators, real-time market alerts, mentorship programs, and a desktop trading application ("Services"). Services are delivered via Discord, Whop, TradingView, and our website at quantxusa.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use QuantX Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All content, alerts, signals, indicators, education, and software provided by QuantX are for informational and educational purposes only. None of it constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. QuantX is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer.
Trading futures, options, and equities carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
QuantX makes no representations or warranties about profitability, returns, or trading outcomes. Any performance examples shown are illustrative only. You acknowledge that trading is risky and you may lose money.
All paid plans are billed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's billing terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund eligibility follows Whop's policy. Digital goods (indicator scripts, educational content delivered) are generally non-refundable once delivered. Subscription periods already paid are not pro-rated upon cancellation.
All QuantX content, including but not limited to indicators, source code, charts, branding, screenshots, educational material, and the QuantX algorithm, is the sole property of QuantX. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal trading. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any QuantX intellectual property.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, including sharing of access credentials, redistribution of indicator scripts, abusive behavior in community channels, or fraudulent payments. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of paid subscription fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantX, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to QuantX in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via Discord and email where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
