Status

Where every number comes from, how delayed it is, and when it was last captured. The timestamps below are read from the server when this page loads — they are not written down here.

Nothing on this page is real time. Every figure QuantX publishes is delayed or polled, and this page exists to say by how much.

READING FROM THE SERVER…

The delays, stated once

Options chain

Cboe's delayed feed, on every tier — roughly fifteen minutes behind the tape. Every gamma figure in the product is computed from it, so every gamma figure carries the same delay.

There is no paid tier that removes this. A faster feed would need a licensed low-latency vendor, and buying one has not happened.

Economic calendar

Cached server-side for about an hour, on top of whatever lag the publisher already has. Release times are shown in US Eastern and every event carries the line asking you to verify against official sources before trading around it.

The wire

Headlines are aggregated and cached; the poll interval and the adapters actually switched on are read from the server above. A short wire is not always a quiet session — when an upstream is degraded the page names it rather than letting the list simply be shorter.

A pasted export code

One snapshot at one instant. It does not update with the tape at all — every indicator prints the age of what it is drawing and dims once that age stops being defensible.

Why there is no uptime percentage here

A number like “99.9%” needs a measurement window, a definition of down, and a monitor that is independent of the thing it monitors. We have none of the three, and publishing the figure anyway would be a claim with nothing behind it.

What is above is what can be checked: whether the server answers right now, and when each feed last produced something.
