Refund Policy
LAST UPDATED: 24 August 2026
1. How to cancel
In short: Cancel in Whop. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Sign in to Whop, open your memberships, and cancel the QuantX plan there. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your tier reverts and paid features stop.
We cannot cancel on your behalf. A message to support does not stop a renewal — please cancel in Whop and then tell us if you also want your account deleted.
2. Refund eligibility
In short: Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered, and paid periods are not pro-rated.
Refunds are determined under Whop's refund policy. In practice:
- indicator access, downloadable software and educational content are digital goods and are generally non-refundable once delivered, because delivery cannot be undone;
- a partially used billing period is not pro-rated on cancellation;
- one-time and lifetime purchases are generally final once access is granted;
- termination for a breach of the Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
We are stating this plainly rather than promising flexibility the billing system will not deliver.
3. When we will help
In short: Duplicate charges, billing after cancellation, and access you never received.
Some situations are errors rather than change of mind, and we will help with those:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after a cancellation that Whop shows as completed;
- you paid for a tier and never received the access it entitles you to;
- you were charged on an account you did not create or authorise.
Email quantxusa@gmail.com with the Whop receipt or order ID. We will investigate and, where a refund is warranted, support your request with Whop. The final decision on any refund rests with Whop as merchant of record.
4. Chargebacks
In short: Please contact us before disputing with your bank.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. A chargeback raised without contacting us is usually slower than a direct resolution, and it typically results in immediate suspension of access while it is investigated. We would much rather fix the problem.
5. Statutory rights
In short: Local consumer law still applies, whatever this page says.
Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live, including any statutory cooling-off or cancellation right that applies to you. Where such a right conflicts with this policy, that right prevails.
6. Contact
In short: One address for billing questions.
Billing and refund questions: quantxusa@gmail.com. Please include your Whop order ID.
